CHICKEN TIKKA ANDA MASALA BHURJI

INGREDIENTS:-

FOR CHICKEN TIKKA:

Boneless chicken thighs-4-5 pieces
Yogurt-4 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste-2 tsp
Chili powder-1 tbsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Red Food color-1/4 tsp
Chopped cilantro-2 tbsp
Chicken tikka masala-2 tbsp(I used shan chicken tikka masala)
Lemon juice-half of a lemon
Crushed fenugreek leaves-1/2 tsp
Garam masala or chicken curry powder-1/2 tsp
Salt-1 tsp
Oil-3 tbsp
Cooking spray

FOR ANDA MASALA BHURJI:

Eggs-5
Chopped onion-1large
Chopped tomato-1 large
Chopped green chilies-5
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp
Red chili powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Chicken curry powder-1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves-1/4 cups
Salt and pepper as needed
Dry red chili-1
Bay leaf-1
Oil-2 tbsp










 METHOD:-

1-Marinade all ingredients with chicken and keep it in the refrigerate at least for 1-2 hours.

YOGURT AND POTATO MASALA TOAST

I tasted this recipe at a friend's home in India.Believe me friends your Kids will love this colorful tasty toast.This is very yummy and easy to make !!! This toasts are great in a kid's lunch box treat.






INGREDIENTS:-

Bread-10 slices(white or brown)
Yogurt-2 tbsp
Cooking spray or oil

FOR MASALA-

Boiled potato-2 medium(peeled and mashed well)
Finely chopped onion-1 small
Finely chopped tomato-1 small
Finely chopped green chili-2
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Red chili powder-1/4 tsp
Coriander powder-1/8 tsp
Cumin powder-1/8 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Curry leaves-handful
Asafetida-a pinch
Chopped coriander leaves-1 tbsp
Oil-2 tsp
Salt to taste








METHOD:-

1-Trim the edges of the bread and give shape to your bread,(round,square,triangle whatever you want)Keep aside.
2-In a bowl take 2 tbsp of yogurt,if your yogurt is thick then add some water,mix well and keep aside.
