CHICKEN LOLLIPOP

Chicken lollipop is an appetizer that is made from the middle(and sometimes inner)segments of chicken wings.The middle segment has one of the two bones removed, and the flesh on the segments is pushed to one end of the bone. These are then coated in a spicy red batter and deep fried. It is also a popular item in Indian Chinese cuisine, served with Szechuan sauce. Ras Malai  is a sweet dessert originating in India.The name Ras Malai comes from two parts in Hindi: "Ras" meaning "juice/juicy" and "Malai", meaning "cream".Ras Malai consists-balls (or flattened balls) of paneer(Indian cottage cheese) soaked in malai (creamy milk sauce) flavoured with cardamom,rose water and saffron. PANINI CHICKEN SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS(for 2 sandwiches):- Italian Sandwich Bread-4 slices Onion-8 slices Tomato-8 slices Cucumber-8 slices Green Sandwich Chutney(mint n coriander)-2 tbsp(see recipe here) Grated Cheese-2 tbsp Tomato Sauce-as per taste Salt-1/4 tsp Butter TOPPING:- Grilled chicken(see recipe here) METHOD:- 1-Drizzle green chutney on 4 slices on bread. 2-Add sliced grilled chicken breast ,tomato,onion,cucumber and cheese over 2 slices of bread. 3-Cover with remaining 2 slices,brush with butter and place on panini grill. 4-Cook for 2 min until cheese melts.Remove from heat and serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney .
