RAGDA PATTICE

Ragda pattice is a popular Indian fast food or snack which forms part of the famous street food of Mumbai, India. The word "pattice" is colloquial for "patty" or "patties". This snack is usually served at fast food restaurants that offer Indian fast food along with other dishes available through the day. It is also a main item on menus of food stalls which scatter the city at busy places. These food stalls also serve up other relished snacks such as the equally famous "bhel puri" and "pani puri". BOMBAY SANDWICH

Bombay sandwich is very famous street food in the city of Mumbai.It's very easy to make and a quick snack dish.On white bread green chutney and butter is applied and then thinly sliced tomatoes,onions rings, cucumber and potatoes are sandwiched between the bread slices.Can be enjoyed with green chutney and ketchup. KANDA POHA is a famous breakfast snack specially in the state of Maharastra.Kanda means onions in Marathi and poha is rice flakes. INGREDIENTS:- Thick Poha(flattened rice)-2 cups Sliced Onions-1 large Boiled Potato-1 medium(cut into small cubes) Green Peas-1/8 cup Mustard seeds-1 tsp Asafetida-1/2 tsp Peanuts-1/4 cup Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp Chopped Green chilies-2 or as per taste Curry leaves-a handful Lemon juice to taste or chopped tomato-1(small) Grated coconuts-2 tbsp Thin sev-1/2 tsp(optional) Salt to taste Sugar-2 tsp Oil-1 tbsp METHOD:- 1-Wash poha with water on a strainer very well.Strain the excess water and keep aside. 2-In a pan heat oil,add curry leaves,asafetida,peanuts,mustard seeds and Cook till peanuts roasts a bit. 3-Add sliced onions,green peas,green chilies,salt and turmeric.Cook till onions and peas turn soft. 4-Next add the potato and mix to combine.Cover with the lid and cook until for 2-3 mins. 5-Mix poha in the cooked on...
