GRILLED CHICKEN


INGREDIENTS:-

Boneless Chicken Breast-4
Olive Oil-1 tsp
Garlic Powder-1 tsp
Chilli Flakes-1/2 tsp
Black Pepper-1/4 tsp
Salt-1/4 tsp


METHOD:-

1-Preheat grill until it reaches 350°F.
2-Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt,pepper,chili flakes and garlic powder.
3-Place chicken on a oiled grill grate and cook for 8 min per side or until juices run clear and chicken in so longer pink.
4-Remove from grill,allow to cool for 5-10 min,an cut into 1/2 inch slices.
5-You can use it on your sandwich,pasta and pizza.
